What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring freight delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and delivery scheduling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly within the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, we recommend using a freight forwarding service.
What is your return policy for home accents?
We accept returns on most decorative accessories within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain furniture items.
Are your products handcrafted?
Yes, many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans around the world using unique materials. Due to this process, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected and celebrated.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.
